VoltBounce · Published by TapForge Studios (99 Cent Apps LLC)
Effective date: July 3, 2026 · Last updated: July 3, 2026

Short version: VoltBounce is an offline arcade game. We don't collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or files. The game shows ads through Google AdMob and offers optional leaderboards through Google Play Games Services — both of which involve limited data handled by Google under their own policies. That's it. Read on for the details.

1. Who we are

VoltBounce is developed and published by TapForge Studios, a trade name of 99 Cent Apps LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Indiana, United States. We can be reached at contact@tapforgeapps.com.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar privacy laws around the world, TapForge Studios is the data controller for any personal information processed in connection with VoltBounce.

2. What data the game collects

VoltBounce does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical location (beyond the coarse country-level data used by ad networks), contacts, photos, files, or documents. Specifically:

Through the optional services described below, limited technical data may be collected:

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

VoltBounce shows two types of advertisements to keep the game free:

These ads are served by Google AdMob, part of Google LLC, which may collect your advertising identifier, IP address (for coarse geographic inference), device/network information, and ad interaction data.

Opting out of personalized ads: You can limit or reset your advertising ID at any time in your Android device settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID. This will not remove ads from VoltBounce, but they will no longer be personalized based on your ad ID.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction that requires consent for personalized advertising, the app will show a consent dialog on first launch.

4. Leaderboards (Google Play Games Services)

VoltBounce offers optional global leaderboards for high scores and highest level reached, powered by Google Play Games Services. When you launch the app, Play Games Services may automatically and silently sign you in using your existing Google Play Games account — this is Google's standard sign-in flow and happens outside of VoltBounce's own code.

If you are signed in to Play Games Services, VoltBounce may:

This data is handled by Google under the Play Games Services privacy policy, not stored on our own servers. See: policies.google.com/privacy and Play Games privacy information.

You can manage or unlink your Play Games Services profile at any time through the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings.

5. Data stored only on your device

VoltBounce stores the following information locally on your device. This data never leaves your device (except the best score/level values, which are also submitted to Play Games leaderboards as described above if you're signed in):

Uninstalling the app deletes all of this local data immediately.

6. Children's privacy

VoltBounce is rated for a general audience (Everyone / PEGI 3) and does not contain violence, sexual content, or other content unsuitable for minors. However, because the game shows advertising through Google AdMob and offers optional Google Play Games sign-in, we do not knowingly target the app to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age under your local law).

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child under 13 has used the app in a way that resulted in their information being collected, please contact us at contact@tapforgeapps.com and we will assist with any requests to delete data associated with that child.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU / EEA / UK residents)

Under the CCPA / CPRA (California residents)

We do not "sell" personal information in the traditional sense, but advertising interactions through AdMob may be considered "sharing" under California law. You can opt out of personalized advertising as described in Section 3 above.

How to exercise your rights

Email contact@tapforgeapps.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Because we don't collect information that identifies you personally, we may need additional information (such as your device's advertising ID) to locate and process any data associated with you. We will respond within 30 days.

8. How we protect data

All data transmitted between the app and third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Local data stored on your device is protected by your device's standard security features.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in VoltBounce, please report it responsibly to contact@tapforgeapps.com.

9. Data retention

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, in the third-party services we use, or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of VoltBounce after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
