This policy explains how the Pipeforge Android application (“the app”) handles information. Pipeforge is published by TapForge Studios, operated by 99 Cent Apps LLC (“we”, “us”). We built Pipeforge as an offline field tool, and we designed it to collect as little as possible.
Your preferences and in‑app state — theme choice, favorite and recent tools, and whether you have unlocked Pro — are saved locally on your device using Android’s standard preferences storage. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.
We, TapForge Studios, do not collect, store, or receive personal information from the app. The app has no analytics of our own and no developer account system. If you email us at the address below, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email, and we use it only to reply to you.
The free version of the app displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, which can include your device’s advertising identifier, general device information, coarse location derived from your IP address, and ad‑interaction data. This is handled by Google, not by us. For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Where required (for example, in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the app presents a consent form through Google’s User Messaging Platform before any personalized ads are requested. You can review or change your choices at any time from the app’s Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
Pipeforge offers an optional one‑time “Pro” purchase and a rewarded‑ad unlock. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we do not see or store your payment details. Google shares with us only anonymized purchase records needed to confirm and restore your entitlement. See the Google Privacy Policy.

request ads and to process purchases. The app’s calculators do not need a
connection.AD_ID (advertising ID) — used by the ads service as described
above. You can limit or reset it in your device settings.Pipeforge is a professional trade utility intended for adults working in the plumbing and mechanical trades. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
Because we do not collect personal data, we have none to retain on your behalf. On‑device preferences remain until you clear them. Data handled by Google AdMob and Google Play is retained and secured under Google’s policies.
You can withdraw ad‑personalization consent from the app’s privacy options, reset or limit your advertising identifier in device settings, remove all on‑device data by clearing the app’s storage, and remove the app entirely by uninstalling it. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; requests directed to Google should be made through Google, and anything within our control can be requested at the contact address below.
We may update this policy as the app evolves or as requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
