This Privacy Policy describes how 99 Cent Apps LLC (doing business as "TapForge Studios," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Parlor Solitaire: 5 in 1 (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

This information is used by Google and its advertising partners to serve ads (personalized where permitted, non-personalized otherwise), measure ad performance, and prevent fraud and abuse. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App will present a Google-certified consent form (provided via the User Messaging Platform, "UMP") before any advertising is served. You may choose whether to receive personalized advertising or non-personalized advertising. You can change your choice at any time using the "Ad privacy & consent" option inside the App's About panel.
The App offers one optional one-time purchase, the "Premium" unlock ($2.99 USD or local equivalent), which removes banner and interstitial advertising and unlocks additional cosmetic content. The purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not see, store, or have access to your payment-method details (card numbers, etc.). Google Play provides us only with a purchase token used to verify the entitlement on your device. Google's handling of purchase data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy linked above.

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the App, please contact us at contact@tapforgeapps.com so we can address the situation.
We do not retain personal information on our servers because we operate no servers that hold user data. Local gameplay data (your saved game, statistics, settings, and purchase status) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data processed by Google's services is retained in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
Because the App relies on Google AdMob and Google Play, the information those services process may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where Google or its affiliates maintain facilities. Google takes appropriate steps to safeguard such transfers in line with applicable law.
Some U.S. states grant residents specific rights regarding their personal information, including the right to access, delete, correct, or limit the sharing of that information, and the right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information. Because we do not collect personal information directly, requests to exercise these rights with respect to advertising data should be directed to Google AdMob via the links above.
