Mathlings: Decimals & Percents (Android, package com.tapforgestudios.mathlingsdecimals)

In short: this app is made for children. It has no ads, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. It does not even have permission to use the internet. Everything a child does stays on the device. We do not collect, store or share any personal information.
Each player profile holds a first name or nickname, an age (6–14) and a chosen buddy, plus game progress: stars, coins, stickers, trophies, the Bridge Bay buildings, saved Pixel Art pictures, Bridge Quest days and minutes played per day. Settings (units of measure, currency, decimal mark, language, sound, reminder, daily time limit, paper size) are stored too. All of this lives only in the app's private storage on the device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. Android's own device backup may include it if the family has backup turned on in the phone's settings; that backup is governed by Google's policies, not ours.
The optional one-time unlock is bought through Google Play. Google processes the payment under Google's privacy policy; we receive no payment details. The app asks Google Play only whether the unlock was bought. If a school discount code is entered, only an internal identifier (not the code, and nothing about the family) is stored on the device.
Questions are read aloud with the phone's own text-to-speech engine. The optional daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on the device. Printable worksheets are created on the device; they leave it only if a grown-up chooses to print or share them.
If the app closes unexpectedly, it can prepare a report for a grown-up to send by email. The report contains the app version, the phone model and Android version, the language and region setting, the step the app was on, counts (such as how many players and pictures there are) and technical error details. Player names are not included; at most it lists which special (non-English) letters appear in them, as character codes, to help fix font problems. Nothing is sent unless a grown-up chooses to send the email.
The app is designed for children and follows the Google Play Families Policy, COPPA (US), GDPR-K (EU/UK) and similar laws: we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Because nothing leaves the device, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete; removing a player in Grown-ups ▸ Progress, or uninstalling the app, erases their data.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Questions: contact@tapforgeapps.com · tapforgeapps.com
