Lingoforge is an offline Spanish-learning app published by 99 Cent Apps LLC, trading as TapForge Studios (Crown Point, Indiana, USA). This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
1. Information we collect
We collect none. Lingoforge has no sign-up, no user profiles, and no analytics SDK. We never see your name, email, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or learning progress.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves the following locally, using Android's DataStore. It never leaves your phone and is not readable by us or anyone else:

You can erase all of it at any time: Profile → Reset progress. Your Pro entitlement is stored separately and deliberately survives a reset, so resetting your progress never costs you something you paid for.
3. Permissions
Lingoforge requests no runtime permissions. No location, no camera, no microphone, no contacts, no storage.
4. Text-to-speech
Spoken Spanish is produced by the text-to-speech engine already installed on your device (usually Google's). The app passes it Spanish words and sentences from its own built-in content. No recording ever happens, and the microphone is never used. Your device's TTS engine is governed by its own provider's privacy policy.
5. Purchases
Lingoforge Pro is sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment; we never see or store your card details, billing address, or any payment information. The app only receives a yes/no signal that an entitlement is active. See Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Advertising
If the free version of Lingoforge you have shows ads, they are served by Google AdMob. To show ads, AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID, coarse location, and basic device information. That data is handled by Google, not by us — we never receive it, and we do not sell data to anyone.

- You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you are shown a consent form (Google UMP) before any personalised ad is served, and you can decline. You can reopen it from Profile → Privacy options.
- Lingoforge Pro removes all ads, which removes this collection entirely.
If your build of the app shows no ads at all, this section does not apply to you and nothing is collected.
7. Children
Lingoforge is rated for everyone and is safe for children to use, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone — including children. Because the app collects nothing, there is nothing for a parent to request or delete. If ads are enabled in your build, we instruct AdMob to serve only non-personalised, age-appropriate advertising to users we cannot verify as adults.
8. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
Rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of sale all rely on a company holding data about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to access, export, or delete from our side, and there is nothing to sell — we have never sold personal information and never will. Data held on your device is entirely under your control and can be erased by resetting progress or uninstalling the app. Any data collected by Google AdMob or Google Play is subject to Google's own policies and your rights are exercisable directly with Google.
9. Data security
Because no data is transmitted, there is no transmission to intercept and no database of ours to breach. Local data is protected by Android's standard app sandbox.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
