This Privacy Policy explains how TapForge Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Tower Up (the “App”), available on Google Play under the package name com.tapforgestudios.towerup.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Tower Up is a casual arcade game. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect personal information that identifies you. The App is free and supported by advertising. To show ads, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) automatically collects certain device and usage information as described below. The App also saves a small amount of information (such as your best score and sound setting) only on your device.
None. The App has no sign-up, login, profile, or contact form, and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, or other personal details.

The App does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise GPS location, or storage.
Tower Up is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps to address it. Where ads are served to users in the United States, we work with advertising partners that support compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and elsewhere with applicable children’s data protection rules.
We do not share the on-device information described in Section 2(b) with anyone. The automatically collected advertising information described in Section 2(c) is processed by Google as our advertising provider. We do not otherwise sell, rent, or trade your information.
Information stored on your device remains until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App. Advertising data collected by Google is retained and protected according to Google’s own policies. While no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, we and our partner take reasonable measures to protect information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising.
Because we do not collect information that identifies you directly, the most effective way to exercise these choices for advertising is through your device’s Google ad settings (see Section 4). The App is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, information processed by our advertising partner may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, in accordance with that partner’s safeguards and policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
