This policy explains what information the SunDiver mobile app ("the app," "we," "us") handles and how. We designed SunDiver to keep your gameplay data on your device. We do not run our own servers that collect personal information from you.
Your progress is saved locally on your device using Android's app storage and is not transmitted to us. This includes:
This data may be included in your device's Android Auto Backup to your own Google account; that backup is controlled by Google and your device settings, not by us. Uninstalling the app removes the local data.
SunDiver displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process certain data, including a device advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and interactions with ads. This is used to deliver, measure, and (where permitted) personalize advertising, and to detect fraud.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent choice before personalized ads are served, in line with applicable data-protection laws. You can change your choice at any time where that option is offered.
SunDiver offers optional one-time in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads," a Starter Pack bundle, a permanent plasma boost, and plasma packs). There are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details; payment is handled entirely by Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.
If global leaderboards are enabled, the app may use Google Play Games Services to submit your score to a worldwide leaderboard and to show the leaderboard. This is operated by Google under Google's terms and privacy policy. If this feature is not enabled, only the on-device leaderboard is used.
SunDiver is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app shows third-party ads, it is not enrolled in the Google Play "Designed for Families" program. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will assist.
The app requests Internet and network-state access (to load ads), vibration (for haptic feedback), and the advertising-ID permission (used by the ads SDK). It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
We do not sell your personal information. Data collected by the advertising and billing services described above is shared with those service providers (Google and its partners) solely to provide their respective functions.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and posting the revised policy at this URL.
