This Privacy Policy explains how TapForge Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Prism Dash (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Prism Dash does not require an account and we do not ask you for personal information. The App is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, our advertising partners may collect certain device information (such as an advertising identifier). Your gameplay data, such as your best score, is stored only on your device.
Information you provide: None. The App has no login, registration, or contact forms.
Stored locally on your device: Your best score and basic settings are saved on your device (via Android SharedPreferences). This data stays on the device and is removed if you uninstall the App.
Collected automatically by advertising partners: When ads are served, third-party SDKs (see “Advertising”) may collect and process information such as your device advertising ID, IP address, general device and operating-system details, and interactions with ads. This is handled by those partners under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded ads. Google may use device identifiers and related information to provide and personalize ads. You can learn more here:
Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent for personalized advertising and data processing before ads are shown. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from within the App’s consent/privacy options (where available) or by adjusting your device’s ad settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Because we do not directly collect personal information, most requests relating to advertising data should be directed to the relevant ad provider (Google). We do not retain personal information on our own servers. Locally stored gameplay data remains until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Data processed by advertising partners is retained according to their policies.
Information transmitted by the advertising SDKs is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we and our partners take reasonable measures to protect information.
Prism Dash is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Our advertising partners may process information in countries other than your own. Those transfers are governed by the partners’ privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and posting the revised policy at this URL.
