The short version: Mathlings: Times Tower does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no ads, no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party advertising SDKs. The game runs entirely on your device. The only time it uses the internet is to process an optional one-time in-app purchase through Google Play.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or any other personal or sensitive data. We do not require an account, and there is no sign-in.

Information stored on your device

To make the game work, the app saves a small amount of data locally on your device only. This never leaves the device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else:

Game progress (levels unlocked, stars earned, high scores)
Preferences (sound on/off, dark or light theme, selected difficulty and tower skin)
Your Full Access purchase status (so the app remembers your purchase offline)

This data is removed when you uninstall the app.

Permissions

INTERNET & BILLING — used only to process the optional one-time “Full Access” in-app purchase through Google Play. The app does not transmit any personal data over the network.
VIBRATE — used for in-game haptic feedback (button taps and effects). It can be disabled in the app.

In-app purchases

The app offers a single optional one-time purchase (“Full Access”) that unlocks all levels and extra features. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details, card numbers, or billing address — that information is processed by Google under its own Privacy Policy. Purchases require passing a parental gate before checkout.

Children’s privacy

This app is designed to be safe for children and families. It complies with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy. Specifically:

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children (or anyone else).
There are no advertisements of any kind.
There is no social interaction, chat, user-generated content, or external links presented to children inside gameplay.
We do not share or sell any data, because we do not collect any.

Data sharing and selling

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties. No data is collected to share in the first place.

Security

Because the app stores data only on your own device and collects nothing, there is no personal data on our servers to be exposed. Locally stored game data is protected by your device’s standard app sandboxing.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and post the revised version at this URL. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
