Fruit Merge ("the app") is developed by TapForge Studios (99 Cent Apps LLC), an independent app studio. This policy explains what information the app and the third-party services it uses collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Fruit Merge does not require you to create an account, and it does not directly collect your name, email address, or other contact details. Your gameplay progress (high scores, settings, power-up counts) is stored only on your device. The app shows ads and offers an optional in-app purchase, both handled through Google services described below, and offers an optional Google Play Games sign-in for a global leaderboard.
The app stores the following locally, using standard Android storage. This data is not sent to us or to any third party:
| What | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Local high scores (top 5) with dates | Shown on the game-over screen |
| Sound on/off preference | Remembers your mute setting |
| Bomb / Shuffle power-up counts | Tracks your earned power-up charges |
| Whether you've seen the how-to-play card | Shows it once on first launch |
Fruit Merge uses the following Google services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below.
The app shows ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open) via Google's Mobile Ads SDK. To do this, the SDK may collect an advertising identifier, general device information (device model, OS version, language, screen size), IP address (used to derive approximate, coarse location such as country/region), and ad interaction data (impressions and clicks), for the purpose of serving and measuring ads and, where you've consented, personalizing them. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to request and record your consent choice where required (EEA/UK). You can review or change your ad-consent choice at any time from Pause Menu → Privacy Options in the app.
See Google's Ads Privacy & Terms and How Google uses data when you use AdMob partner sites/apps.
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. The app receives a purchase confirmation (product ID and purchase token) to unlock the feature — we do not see or store your payment details (card number, billing address, etc.); that information is handled by Google Play under its own policies.
If you choose to sign in with your Google account (used for the global leaderboard), Play Games Services collects your Google account identifier and associates it with the scores you submit, so it can display your name/avatar and rank on the leaderboard. Signing in is optional — if you don't sign in, or you decline, the app's local top-5 list still works normally. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Play Games Services handles this data.
Fruit Merge is a general-audience app and is not directed primarily at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app's connected Google services, please contact us using the details below so we can take appropriate action.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise these rights regarding data we hold directly, contact us below. For data held by Google (ads, billing, Play Games), please also see the Google links above.
Locally stored data (scores, settings) remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. We do not retain a server-side copy.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
